We start by asking a lot of the right questions, we listen very carefully and then we ask more questions. We begin by finding out where you want your company to be (now and several years from now), who your competitors are, what challenges you and your team have now, and then we discuss how to address these challenges in the context of your business goals.
Once we have determined the issues we will provide you with our written strategy. Sometimes our recommendations include just using your existing resources or technology differently, other times they include new software tools, almost always they will include different or revised business process - but they always include a measured approach to success.
